Very good location - it's near to the main attractions blubber, and Istanbul (Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar). Stuff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, the towels were changed every day. Our room had air conditioning Which was needed at night as in had to keep the window closed Because of the traffic noise. The breakfast buffet was good enoughmore

Exellent hotel and service - We have stayed at this hotel for 4 nights.It was wonderful. The hotel and the rooms were very clean and the towels and the sheets were changed every day. The staff helped us for everything that we need. They are so friendly and polite.They solved every problem we have for the days we stay there. The food was very good and for a good value of money. The restaurant has nice ...more [+]views. The hotel is near to a lot of places such as, Grand baazar, Haga sophia mosque, Spice Bazar, and a lot of shopping centers. We stayed in this hotel for about a week and really enjoyed our stay. The location was great as it's near the train station which takes you to the main attactions in Istanbul. The rooms where nicely cleaned every morning and comfortable. There is also a good choice of breakfast avaliable and the hotel is good value for money. Overall, the hotel staff are genuiley polite and I would highyly recommand it to anyone.more

Hotel Martinenz is located 10 minutes walking distance from Heghia Sophia and Blue Mosque, 5 minutes to Grand Bazar. district Laleli is famous shopping district so if you are fan of shopping i strongly recommend it. It is obvious that hotel is renovated, so accommodation is ok. price of the hotel comparing to quality is great. Keep in mind that guests of hotel are mainly Russians and Ukrainians (possibly shop owners) so they can be pretty noisy (packing, unpacking .... quarreling). Breakfast is not quite good, but if you are not picky person should be ok. Service at lobby basically do not exist.... there are numerous small things which can be annoying, such as missing parts in bathroom, very small TV, not properly organized room, but i underline, for its price, it is great.more
